You'll be amazed that there's so many things to see and do! The wineries, 17 covered bridges, canoing on the Grand River, riding bikes on the 40 mile paved Western Reserve Greenway Trail, pan for gold, Flea markets, Historical landmarks for a start.
Just north is of the park is Lake Erie, to the east is Pymatuning State Park and south of us is Mosquito Lake State Park. They're all within 30 or 40 minutes away!
Just 20 minutes to the east of us is Geauga County. This areais the fourth largest Amish settlementin this area and the second largestin Ohio. Alot of our campers enjoy dining at Mary Yoders Restaurant / Gift Shop then tour through Middlefield's Swiss Cheese factory. After that plan stopping at Settlers Farm, shopping inthe Amish stores or visit The Store on The Commons in historic Mesopotamia. Then if it's a really hot weekend you can spend the day splashing around at Pioneer Waterland in Chardon.
To the south of us is Trumbull County, home of the famous Packard Museum and African Safari Wildlife Park.
East of our park The Antique Engine Club, Deer Park Petting Zoo and Linesville Fish Hatchery where you can feed the carp.
Other attractions include Cleveland Indians baseball field, Geauga Historical Village, Amish County, Settlers Farm, local festivals, auctions & more!
